Responsibilities
- Personnel selection: Collaborate in the identification and recruitment of talent.
- Participate in interviewing and assessment of candidates.
- Organisational development: Assist in the planning and execution of employee development programmes.
- Collaborate in performance management and talent retention initiatives.
- Contribute to the promotion of a positive organisational culture.
- Personnel administration: Maintain and update employee records.
- Assist in the management of benefits and compensation and assist in the day-to-day management of the team.
What do we expect from you?
- Degree in psychology, labour relations or similar.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work proactively and take initiative.
- Ability to collaborate effectively in a team environment.
- Flexibility to adapt to change and learn quickly.
- English.
